All custom made items will be charge before you order is process.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Information:

 All our products are custom made to order; our goal is to ship within 1 to 2 weeks.  If your order will take longer than a week to craft, we will notify you the ship date for your approval.

Repair:

 We stand by our products.  They are inspected and in “Brand New”condition when purchased.  Our products are warranted for one year from date of purchase.  Under the warranty, we will repair due to defective materials or workmanship.

·  All sales are final. No Refunds.

·  Exchange only on unworn merchandise within 7 days. 

o    Watches

·    We warranty only the movement and the Swarovski Crystal.

·    We do not warranty other parts. 

o    Glasses

·    We warranty only the Swarovski Crystals. Notlenses, Frames Screws, etc….

·    We recommend you tighten the screws occasionally,as they tend to loosen with wear.

·    We will not and cannot repair due to “Wear & Tear”. 

In case some products are already discontinued, we reserve the right for exchange/substitute.

The product may be repaired or replaced at our option after it is carefully inspected.  Please allow up to 30 days for repairs.  When sending in repairs, must include a copy of the original receipt, name, address, phone number and briefly indicate the problem.
